We stock and source a wide range of hoodie styles. If you have a specific brand or fabric preference, let us know — we can source most major wholesale brands. We print and decorate in youth, adult, and extended sizes.

Multi-location printing is available. If your design involves more than one print area, include that detail when you request your estimate and we’ll quote it accurately.
If you have a finished design ready to go, we prefer vector files: .ai, .eps, or .cdr. High-resolution raster files (.psd, .png, .jpeg at 300 dpi or higher at print size) are also accepted.
If you’re starting without a finished file — a rough idea, a sketch, a logo that needs cleaning up, or a concept that exists only in your head — our in-house graphic designers can develop print-ready artwork for you. You don’t need a designer before you can work with us.
Every custom hoodie order at Mallory Print is produced by our own team, on our own equipment, at our facility in Joshua, TX — just south of Burleson and about 30 minutes from Fort Worth. No outsourcing. No third-party print facilities. No wondering where your order is in someone else’s queue.

Screen printed hoodies are built to last, but proper care extends the life of the print significantly. Wash inside out in cold water on a normal or gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid high heat in the dryer, which can stress the ink over time. Do not iron directly over the print.
DTF printed hoodies follow the same care guidelines — cold wash, low heat, inside out.
Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces. Volume discounts begin at 24 pieces and above — that’s where per-unit pricing drops most significantly. For quantities under 12, we offer DTF (Direct to Film) with no minimum requirement.
Yes. You can mix hoodie styles and sizes within a single order, and all pieces count toward your minimum and volume pricing threshold. Provide the style and size breakdown when you request your estimate.
Yes. We accept customer-supplied garments. We ask that all items are new or freshly laundered before you bring them in. We cannot guarantee results on garments with unknown fabric compositions or pre-treated surfaces.
Our standard turnaround is approximately one week from proof approval for most orders. Larger orders may take up to two weeks. Rush production is available for an additional fee. We respond to all quote requests within 24 hours.
