Mallory Print is a family-owned custom apparel company based in Joshua, TX, producing bulk apparel orders in-house. The Mallory Family has been producing apparel since 1961. If you need a large quantity of custom printed shirts, hoodies, or other garments — delivered consistently, on time, and at pricing that actually makes sense for volume — you’re in the right place. Our screen printing operation is built for bulk. The more pieces in your order, the better the value, and every single one is produced by our own team, on our own equipment, in our own facility.
Every screen printing job involves a setup phase — burning screens, mixing inks, calibrating the press for your specific design and garment. That setup cost is fixed regardless of how many pieces you print. Spread across 12 shirts, it’s a significant portion of the per-unit cost. Spread across 72 shirts, it becomes almost negligible. Spread across 200 or 500 shirts, you’re getting some of the best per-unit pricing available anywhere in custom apparel.
That’s the fundamental economics of screen printing, and it’s why bulk orders and screen printing go hand in hand. The larger the order, the more the math works in your favor — on price, on consistency, and on quality.
Our screen printing minimum is 12 pieces. Volume pricing begins at 24 pieces and improves from there. If your order is in the hundreds, call us — we’ll give you a straightforward bulk quote with no runaround.
There’s no single definition, but here’s how we think about it:
Minimum order range. Screen printing is available, per-unit cost is highest.
Volume pricing begins. This is the sweet spot for most small businesses, teams, and organizations.
Strong volume tier. Pricing per piece drops noticeably. Ideal for school programs, mid-size companies, and recurring orders.
High-volume production. Best available per-unit pricing. Common for large schools, corporations, and regional events.
Whatever your quantity, we’ll tell you exactly what it costs before you commit. No hidden fees, no vague estimates. Every quote is all-in.
We produce bulk custom apparel across a full range of garment types:
Mix of garment styles or sizes in one bulk order? All pieces count toward your total quantity and volume pricing tier.
Consistency is the challenge that separates professional bulk printing from disappointing bulk printing. When you order 200 shirts, every one of them needs to look the same — same color saturation, same print placement, same quality. That’s difficult to guarantee when a print shop outsources your job to a contract facility they don’t control.
Mallory Print produces every bulk order in-house. Our team sets up each job, runs every piece through our own press, and inspects the output throughout the run. If color starts to drift, we catch it. If placement is off, we correct it. You’re not getting a box of shirts produced by three different contractors — you’re getting a run produced by one team, on one set of equipment, held to one standard.
Company t-shirts, uniform programs, employee onboarding apparel, event shirts, and trade show merchandise. We handle one-time bulk orders and recurring programs.
Spirit wear runs, staff shirts, and booster club merchandise. We work with schools across Johnson County and the broader DFW Metroplex.
Fundraiser shirts, volunteer apparel, awareness campaign merchandise, and event gear. We work within budget constraints.
Race shirts, charity walk tees, festival merchandise, and reunion apparel. We handle tight deadlines and specific size distributions.
Mission trip shirts, VBS apparel, volunteer teams, and youth group gear. We serve churches across North Texas.
Screen printing handles most bulk apparel needs, but some bulk orders call for embroidery instead — or a combination of both.
Bulk polo shirt programs for businesses, hospitality teams, and service companies are almost always better served by embroidery. A logo stitched into a polo carries a professional weight that a printed logo on performance fabric doesn’t. We produce bulk embroidered polo orders with the same in-house quality control as our screen printing runs.
If your bulk order involves a mix of garments — screen printed shirts and embroidered polos for the same team, for example — we handle both in-house and can coordinate them as a single order.
For bulk screen printing orders, we prefer vector files: .ai, .eps, or .cdr. High-resolution raster files (.psd, .png, .jpeg at 300 dpi or higher at print size) are also accepted.
For bulk orders with multiple design variations — different text, different names, different colors across the run — provide the full variation list when you request your estimate. We’ll advise on the most efficient production approach and quote accordingly.
If you don’t have a finished design file, our in-house graphic designers can develop artwork for your bulk order.
Standard turnaround for most bulk screen printing orders is approximately one week from proof approval. Larger orders — typically 200 pieces and above — may require up to two weeks depending on current production volume and garment availability.
Rush production is available for an additional fee. If you have a firm event date or deadline, tell us when you request your estimate and we’ll confirm whether your timeline is achievable before you commit.
We respond to all quote requests within 24 hours.

Yes. You can mix t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and other garment types within a single order. You can also mix sizes — S through 3XL or any range — and all pieces count toward your total quantity and volume pricing tier.
Very consistent. Screen printing uses the same ink mixture across the entire run, and our in-house team monitors color throughout production. Color drift across a large run is caught and corrected before it becomes a problem.
