Before any stitching begins, your artwork has to go through embroidery digitizing — the process of converting a logo or image into a stitch file that tells the machine exactly how to recreate it in thread. This is a skilled step that affects everything: thread count, stitch direction, underlay, density, and how the finished design looks at actual size.
Our in-house team handles digitizing for every order. We don’t rely on auto-conversion software that flattens details and blows out small text. We build stitch files properly — which means your logo comes out clean at 1.5 inches just as well as it does at 4 inches. Vector conversion is preferred for artwork submission, but we work from whatever file you have and will tell you honestly if there’s a resolution issue before anything goes to the machine.

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF with embedded vectors) give us the cleanest starting point for embroidery digitizing. If you only have a .PNG or .JPG, send it over — we’ll assess the resolution and let you know what we can work with. Our in-house designers can also build or recreate artwork from scratch.
Turnaround depends on order size and current production volume. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you request your free quote. Rush options are available for time-sensitive orders — ask when you reach out.
In many cases, yes. Contact us with details about the garment and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Customer-supplied garments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Most structured garments — hats, polos, jackets, bags, and heavier fabrics — embroider well. Very thin, stretchy, or delicate fabrics can be more difficult to work with. We’ll always tell you upfront if a garment type is going to cause quality issues before you commit to an order.
Direct embroidery stitches the design directly into the garment fabric. Embroidered patches are stitched onto a separate backing material, then applied to the garment via iron-on or sew-on attachment. Patches are useful when the garment material isn’t ideal for direct stitching, or when you want the flexibility to apply the same patch to multiple garment types.
