Al Mallory — second generation, 76 years old — still comes in and works closely with the operations team. There’s something that speaks for itself about a man who has spent his entire working life building something, and who at 76 still shows up because he cares about how the work gets done. Al works side by side with third-generation family members Ethan, Blake, and Holly Mallory on plant operations. These are the people running the day-to-day — making decisions, keeping standards, and staying close to every order that moves through the facility.
And now there’s Parker Mallory — fourth generation — already working production floor duties. Four generations. Same building. Same commitment to doing the work right.

The Mallory family is the backbone of this business, but they’re quick to tell you they don’t do it alone. Over the decades, a long line of dedicated employees has made Mallory Print what it is today. Right now, our team of 16 customer-oriented staff members keeps the facility running at a high production level — handling everything from order intake and design through press runs, embroidery, and fulfillment.
