Our Custom Embroidery Process
There are a lot of times when our clients will come in and have the absolute perfect design and logo for their hat. We are more than happy to print designs onto hats for our clients and we are able to accept their designs and artwork when they use .ai, .eps, .cdr, .psd, .paf, .png, and .jpeg. However, there are other times when our clients need us to come up with an original design or artwork. We have in-house graphic designers, so we’re more than happy to help you come up with the perfect logo or design that will look great on your hat. We have a process that we follow to ensure that everyone’s needs are met:
- Design and Logo Assessment: We will check that the format that you sent them for the logo or design is correct and that we are able to use the specific design or logo for your hat.
- Hat Selection: We have a wide selection of hats to choose from, which will be the next step once we confirm that your design and logo will work.
- Mock-Up Design: We will come up with a mock-up of what your hat and design are going to look like.
- Design Approval: Our graphic designers will get your approval for the mock-up before they embroider the hat.
- Embroider Hat: Once we get approval for the mock-up design, we will embroider your hat or hats and have them ready within hours or a day.
